I have been seeing Shei for about three months and can't believe the progress that I've had since our first appointment. I came in for chronic shin splints and despite having tried a lot of different remedies, nothing seemed to help until I started coming to PhysioFIX. I had settled on taking weeks off from running at a time and losing progress but have been consistently training without pain since I met her!She explained the issues I was having in a way that made so much sense, provided me with a manageable exercise plan that I could access via an app on my phone and has checked in with me consistently between appointments. I cannot recommend her and the team at PhysioFIX enough. Miracle workers!
I have been using different physiotherapists for many years. On one particular occasion my usual physio at an inner west clinic was not available and the receptionist asked me if it was ok if Sam took the appointment. I said, "no problem"... The rest is history as they say. Since that time I have never used another physio. An now I have followed Sam to his own practice at Rose Bay.
