I visited PhysioFIX as I have been suffering with lower back pain for some time, probably caused by improper lifting over the years. I met with Miles who sat me down to discuss my issues and he listened to me intently to establish a recovery plan. Been seeing Brandon for a persisting low back injury over the past few weeks during my training sessions and my back is feeling much better after our first few appointments. His explanations were clear and concise and I am able to lift weights again pain-free! Would highly recommend!

I have been seeing Shei for about three months and can't believe the progress that I've had since our first appointment. I came in for chronic shin splints and despite having tried a lot of different remedies, nothing seemed to help until I started coming to PhysioFIX. I had settled on taking weeks off from running at a time and losing progress but have been consistently training without pain since I met her!
She explained the issues I was having in a way that made so much sense, provided me with a manageable exercise plan that I could access via an app on my phone and has checked in with me consistently between appointments. I cannot recommend her and the team at PhysioFIX enough. Miracle workers!

I have been using different physiotherapists for many years. On one particular occasion my usual physio at an inner west clinic was not available and the receptionist asked me if it was ok if Sam took the appointment. I said, "no problem"... The rest is history as they say. Since that time I have never used another physio. An now I have followed Sam to his own practice at Rose Bay.
