Alex graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology in 2015 and completed her Pilates certification in 2016.
Since qualifying, Alex has worked across private practice, gyms, and Pilates studios in Sydney and London, gaining broad experience supporting clients with both rehabilitation and performance-based goals.
Alex works with a wide range of clients — from those building general fitness to individuals managing musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, children and adolescents, and people returning to exercise after injury, pregnancy, or time away from activity.
She is passionate about quality movement, thoughtful technique, and helping clients reconnect with their bodies so exercise feels effective, empowering, and enjoyable. Alex takes a calm, supportive approach to rehab and strength development, focusing on sustainable progress and long-term outcomes.
At PhysioFIX Sydney, Alex works closely with our Physiotherapists to provide structured, evidence-based exercise programs that bridge the gap between hands-on treatment and independent training.
