Lauren is originally from Leeds in the UK and graduated with First Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2020. Since qualifying, she has worked within the National Health Service (NHS) for nearly five years, gaining extensive experience in neurology, respiratory, and acute medicine before specialising in musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy.
Lauren treats a wide range of MSK conditions, including spinal, upper and lower limb injuries, women’s health, rheumatology, and both pre- and post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation. She is passionate about helping people return to full function and works with patients of all ages and activity levels.
In addition to her clinical work, Lauren spent two seasons as a physiotherapist for a national UK rugby league team. This role involved providing on-field injury management and designing rehabilitation programmes for elite athletes, further strengthening her skills in both sporting and clinical environments.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys keeping active—whether that’s in the gym, in the pool, or out on a run. A former U17 and U19 GB and England water polo player, she now focuses on running and completed the Leeds Marathon in 2023.
