If you have physiotherapy extras cover, bring your health fund card to your appointment — we’ll process your rebate on the spot via HICAPS. Rebate amounts vary based on your fund and level of cover.

👥 Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plans
We accept Medicare EPC/CDM referrals from your GP for chronic conditions (up to 5 visits per calendar year).
- A gap fee will apply — please call us for the current out-of-pocket amount.
- Bring your referral letter and Medicare card to your first appointment.
❓ Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee of $70, as they prevent us from offering your slot to another client in need.
