Sara Bartlett (B.ExSc, M.Phty)
Sara graduated from the University of Canberra in 2013 with a Masters Degree in Physiotherapy following a Bachelor of Health and Exercise Science from UNSW in 2009.
Sara is the practice manager and a physiotherapist.
Sara is highly experienced in treating disorders of the ribcage and pelvis.
Sara is particularly interested in managing injuries in children and adolescents, pre and post-natal women and post surgical rehabilitation.
Sara uses her Pilates background for injury prevention and rehabilitation. Sara strongly believes in the holistic management of her patients, achieving positive patient outcomes by combining her manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation skills.
Sara has been trained in Pilates by the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute.
